What we collect

  • Information you send us: name, business name, email, messenger handle and the details of your request.
  • Project materials you share with us: texts, photos, logos and account access you choose to give.
  • Basic, anonymous website analytics (pages visited, device type) to improve the site.

How we use it

  • To reply to you, prepare proposals and deliver the services you order.
  • To send invoices and service updates.
  • To improve our website and services.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Who we share it with

Only with services we need to run the business — for example payment processing (Stripe, Klarna, Affirm, Afterpay), e-signature (Dropbox Sign), email and hosting providers — and only as needed to provide our services, or when required by law.

Your rights (California)

Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA) you can ask to know what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, and opt out of any sale or sharing (we don't sell or share it). We will not treat you differently for using these rights. To make a request, email [email protected].

How long we keep it

We keep project records for as long as needed to provide services and meet legal and tax obligations, then delete them.

Cookies

We use only the cookies needed for the site to work and for basic analytics. If we add login or other features, we will update this policy.

Children

Our services are for businesses and are not directed to children under 16.
